Parking and Transportation

General directions: We are located at 238 Prospect St. in New Haven, the 5th house uphill from Ingalls Rink. Exit 3 off of Connecticut’s route I-91 will take you to Trumbull St.  Turn right at the end of Trumbull St. onto Prospect St.  Proceed about .3 miles north and find our building on the left.  For alternate routes, take advantage of Yale’s interactive campus map, via the link provided at the bottom of our website.

Parking:  You can park in any of the Yale lots after 4 PM.  The gates should be open.  The entrance to the closest parking lot (the Prospect-Sachem garage) is on Prospect St. by the Yale ice rink (also known as the “Yale Whale” - you can’t miss it!).  You can walk out of the garage on level 3, bear left, and we’ll be the second building you encounter.  You can also park on the street; there are “group” meters for the whole block.  There are a few parking spots behind our building for very short term parking while conducting business at the Bioethics Center.  Since we want to make sure things are easy for off-campus visitors who are unfamiliar with the area, we strongly encourage our on-campus friends to use the Yale Shuttle.

Yale Shuttle: You can also take the shuttle from anywhere on campus.  It will drop you off in front of our building (or thereabouts).  It will also pick you up on Prospect Street further south.
